New name, same passion, more possibilities
ARRI Media becomes PHAROS - The Post Group. Media Services GmbH, formerly known as ARRI Media, has been part of Dr. Stefan Laucher's group of companies since August 2021. Now Media Services GmbH is discarding the ARRI brand and will become PHAROS - The Post Group with immediate effect.
What changes for you as a cinema operator?
In future, Keys (KDMs) will be sent to cinemas via the following e-mail sender:

If necessary, please adjust the forwarding rules in your mailboxes to the new e-mail address.
All KDMs are also available for you to download as usual on our Fusion Network portal (My Cinema > KDMs).

PHAROS - The Post Group will continue to support filmmakers at every stage of their creative process with proven expertise but a carefully readjusted setup. „After acquiring Ludwig Kameraverleih, MBF Filmtechnik and Non-Stop Film Service, PHAROS was the missing link to the holistic strategy of a full-service provider,“ says Dr. Laucher. His vision: to support customers with a comprehensive service and technology package from a single source and to develop comprehensive solutions. Together with its sister companies, PHAROS - The Post Group will in future cover all service areas relating to film productions and become the first port of call for filmmakers.
New name as a claim
PHAROS, emphasizes Josef „Sepp“ Reidinger, who will remain on board as managing director, is not only a renaming for a modernized corporate structure, but also a high standard as a reminiscence of the famous lighthouse of Alexandria: „Our heads, our know-how, our history have radiance on the industry. We set the pace, make things happe - and, like a lighthouse in the surf, give filmmakers orientation and security in the shoals of film production.“ He relies on the experienced and highly specialized teams that, as usual, take care of all areas of post-production, including visual effects, sound, grading and mastering, as well as software development, distribution, world sales, film restoration and asset management.
